Please find all information regarding the cabins and package prices here. The packages include accommodation and meals during the convention (excl. special orders in the cabin or minibar, etc.). The rest of the program will be covered by the Franchisor. VAP Franchising will be the contracting party for the cruise and the rates quoted are net/net without the ability to deduct any VAT. Bookings do not include any insurance (especially cancellation coverage) and no COVID-related exceptions to the cancellation policy can be made.

Participants will need to cover their travel to and from Vienna themselves. Our travel agent would be happy to assist you in booking flights (a travel agency service fee to cover the personalized service will apply). Please contact Ralf Schumann and his team at Sky Travel Agent (service@skytravelagent.de, +49 89 24223510). They can also assist you with documents for visa purposes as well as Covid-related information if needed. Transfer costs from airport to harbour are not included in the package price.

Package price has to be paid to our Vap Franchising s.r.o.. Upon receipt of the invoice, you have 14 days to pay to confirm the booking, until then the cabin will be reserved, otherwise it will go on sale again afterwards.

Boarding will take place on 7th May between 1pm and 5pm in the harbour of Vienna, close to Hilton hotel. If you arrive early in the morning or one day earlier, please let us know.
